At the end of the 12th Five-year period, the park can produce 900,000 tons of copper cathode , 600,000 tons of deep processing copper products, 20 tons of gold, 600 tons of silver, and has capacity to dismantle 350,000 tons of used copper. With the main income of more than hundreds of billions, and profits and taxes tens of billions, the park will develop into the most influential copper industry base of northern China, featuring eco-efficient, the whole industry chain and the circular economy.

The annual output of various enamel-insulated wires is 20,000 tons, among which the plain enamel-insulated wire is 8,000 tons, corona resistant enamel-insulated wire is 4,000 tons, self-adhesive enamel-insulated wire is 5,600 tons, micro enamel-insulated wire is 200 tons and self-lubricating enamel-insulated wire is 2,200 tons. New processing and auxiliary equipments are 80 sets and testing equipments are 46 sets. A 12,000-square-metre workshop and subsidiary facilities are planned to construct.

With the development of Chinese economy, the demand for enamel-insulated wire has been increasing. Theφ0.02-0.04mm microwire for magnetic head,φ0.03mm microwire for relay and φ0.03-0.04mm microwire for TV FBT have been in short supply in China. According to the statistics by relevant departments such as the association of light industry, the demanded amount of enamel-insulated wires used in cars and small & medium sized motors reached 850,000 tons in 2008, among which 20%-25% was special enamel-insulated wire. Therefore the demand of enamel-insulated wire in China in 2008 was between
